Sampling & Bulk Production Coordination

A controlled transition from product development and sample comments to approved bulk-production requirements.

Sampling is where production risk is reduced

The objective of sampling is not only to make one acceptable piece. It is to clarify construction, fit, measurements, material behavior, trims, branding, finishing and packing expectations so that bulk production has a stable reference.

  • Development / reference sample coordination.

  • Fit and measurement correction rounds where applicable.

  • Material and trim review.

  • Buyer comments and revision tracking.

  • Pre-production approval alignment before bulk handover.

From approved sample to production

  1. Freeze the approved product reference and latest specification revision.

  2. Confirm material and trim availability.

  3. Confirm size / color / quantity breakdown.

  4. Align packing and labeling instructions.

  5. Prepare production plan and quality checkpoints.

  6. Release the order into bulk production after commercial and technical confirmation.

  7. Sampling and bulk lead times depend on product complexity, material availability, revision rounds, quantity and production loading. Final timelines are confirmed only after review.
