Quality is easier to control when requirements are clear before production and inspection happens throughout the process — not only when the order is already packed. Texon aligns quality checkpoints with the product, buyer specification and manufacturing scope. Buyer-specific inspection protocols can be incorporated when agreed before production.
Check material identity and visible condition against the approved requirement before or during production release. Relevant checks may include shade, appearance, hand feel, width/weight information and trim compatibility depending on the program.
Confirm the approved sample/specification revision, measurement requirements, construction details, trims, labels and packing instructions before bulk movement.
Review cutting accuracy, component identification and obvious material issues where applicable.
Check construction, measurements, stitching consistency, workmanship and recurring defects while production is still in progress so corrections can be made earlier.
Check finished goods against the agreed product requirements before packing or final release.
Confirm folding, labels, tags, polybags, assortment and carton instructions against the buyer’s approved packing specification.
Identified defects should be segregated, corrected where technically possible and rechecked before acceptance. Repeated defects must be communicated to the responsible production team so the root production issue is addressed rather than only repairing individual pieces.
Where required by the order, Texon can maintain buyer comments, sample approvals, inspection findings, measurement checks and packing confirmations as part of the production record. The exact documentation package should be agreed before production.
Attach the inspection criteria, measurement tolerances, approved sample requirements and packing standard with your RFQ so they can be reviewed before quotation.
