Quality checkpoints
Pre-production alignment, inline checks, final inspection and packing verification; buyer-specific controls where agreed.
Texon Apparel
Texon Apparel reviews each program against construction, fabric, required operations, quantity, quality requirements, packing specification and delivery window before allocating production capacity. Because different products require different resources, capability should be presented as a verified combination of product categories, available production processes and managed-network capacity — not as a single generic number.
Pre-production alignment, inline checks, final inspection and packing verification; buyer-specific controls where agreed.
Buyer-specific folding, labels, polybags and cartons subject to confirmed order instructions.
Fabric, trims, labels and packaging support where included in scope.
Capacity is not treated as a fixed marketing number. Available output depends on product SAM/operation content, fabric behavior, order size, style mix, quality level, line efficiency and existing production loading. Quoted delivery is confirmed only after the order is reviewed against current capacity.
Send the tech pack or product reference, quantity and target delivery date. The team will review the most suitable production route and the information required for quotation.
